In Mandala Vinyasa you can look forward to an intuitive class in which we combine breathing, soft physical asana and meditation elements to create a harmonious flow. Through the cyclical movements we enter the flow state in which body and mind become one. This time, this practice is particularly focused on the element of water, which in the context of TCM stands for winter, the most yin time of the year. We explore this strongest yet softest element by slow yet deep movements to restore and reflect to make space to bloom once spring arrives. Mandala Vinyasa is a creative yoga practice in which we intuitively move with the breath through a sequence inspired by an element of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Meanwhile, we flow on the mat in a 360° radius of movement.
