Palo Santo
Palo Santo, which translates as “holy wood,” comes from the forests of South America, particularly Peru and Ecuador. The tree from which the wood is extracted is closely linked to the culture of indigenous peoples. Palo Santo is often involved in shamanic rituals and stands for purification, happiness and spiritual healing.
white sage
White sage, also known as Salvia apiana, is originally from the natives of North America. This plant played a central role in the incense ceremonies of the indigenous peoples, who used it to purify space and mind. The sweet, earthy scent of white sage is considered to be energetically cleansing and is said to dispel negative energies.
Incense takes us into a spiritual dimension, where the boundaries between body and mind flow gently into one another.
