An extension of another year is possible from 30 days before expiry. If you don't cancel or renew, you'll automatically be transferred to a monthly membership.

We work with credits for our bookings. With one credit, you can book an online class, Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Sound classes with 2 credits, and Aerial and Pilates Reformer & Chair classes with 3 credits.

Yes, all our credit packages can also be purchased in the studios. The best way to pay is by card or cash.
The course description says either “DE” or “EN.” For example: Yin Yoga DE takes place in German. Yin Yoga EN is held in English. If DE/EN is specified in the description, the teacher can speak two languages.
We have a cancellation period of 12 hours before class starts. If you have a Hale.Now Credit Package, you can easily arrange this via your customer account. Your credit is then automatically credited back to your account.
Unfortunately, refunds are no longer possible within 12 hours.
Yes, you can redeem your credits at all locations in Berlin as well as online.
In each class description, you can see how many credits that class is valid for. It is indicated as “1 credit,” “2 credits,” or “3 credits.”
