We are proud to present our largest studio to date in Schlüterstraße, which covers over 300 square meters. Two beautiful rooms await you: A Reformer Pilates room and a combined Pilates & Yoga room. This is where movement, relaxation and wellbeing come together in an environment that is specifically designed to strengthen and balance you.
In line with our wellness focus, we offer you a cozy wellbeing lounge in addition to the courses. Whether before or after your session — dive into an atmosphere that invites you to exchange ideas or to simply relax. Of course, toilets and refreshment rooms are also available so that you can refresh yourself after your session or freshen up in peace and quiet.

Our course offerings encompasses Reformer Pilates, a full body workout that increases strength, flexibility and core stability. With Strength Training The focus is on female strength and effective strength building for more power in everyday life. Pilates offers you more body control and mobility, individually tailored to you. In our Yoga-Classes, from Vinyasa to Yin, give you either your flow or the peace you need. Experience deep relaxation with a Sound Bath, where sounds gently release blockages. Additionally you can find Breathwork, Meditation and special Wellbeing sessions . See you on the mat!
We have around 50 classes per week - on DE & EN, the timetable will be online soon and the classes can be booked as usual.
