As an Urban Sports member, can I participate in your classes?

Yes, definitely. S members can take part in our online yoga classes. With an M membership, you can book online classes and participate across studios 4 times a month, excluding Aerial Yoga, Pilates Reformer & Pilates Chair classes. With an L membership, you can take part in online classes and in 8 studio classes plus aerial yoga classes. For Pilates Reformer & Pilates Chair classes, you can use your 4 Plus Check-Ins.
Book your preferred class directly via the USC app and your seat is then automatically reserved.

When can I pick up forgotten things?

We collect everything that is found in the studio in our "find box". Our studio is always open 30 minutes before the start of a class - just check the timetable and drop by. However, we would like to point out once again that we are not responsible for your belongings in the locker room or anywhere else in the studio!

Can I bring my dog along?

Unfortunately no, just your llama. Parking space with feeding crib is prepared.

Can I apply as a teacher?

Of course, we always appreciate your interest in our team! Simply send us a short application via email, in which you prove your education, including a certificate and your professional liability insurance. Feel free to tell us what you specialize in and what your passion for teaching is. We carefully review every application and are happy to get in touch if we're interested!

I am pregnant - Can I come to Yoga or Pilates?

We encourage you to check with your doctor before you want to take part in our regular classes. We also offer special courses for pregnant women, led by experienced teachers and focused on meeting the needs of expectant mothers.

Are you at Classpass?

Yes, you can find our Friedrichshain Studio at ClassPass. The other studios can currently only be booked via our tickets or USC. We're looking forward to seeing you!

First Visit FAQ

How do I know in which language the class is being taught?

All classes are marked with DE (German) or EN (English) or DE/EN (both) as a mix class. In the event of spontaneous substitution, there may be changes or mixed forms of the two languages.

When do I have to be in the studio at the latest?

Our request: be a yogi, be on time! Be in the studio at least 15 minutes before the class starts. Then we all have enough time to check in and can start on time. Of course, something can always get in the way along the way, but an entire class and teacher can't wait for you. And since there are no other employees on site in most cases, the door is closed 5 minutes before the start of the class and your place may be given to waiting people. If you don't get there on time, your credit expires.

Do I have to bring my own mat to the studio?


We have everything you need in the studios. After each class, the mats are cleaned. Would you rather bring your own mat? That's no problem at all, of course! Let's meet on the mat!

Do you have a cloakroom/shower?

In all studios, we have a cloakroom with small lockers for your valuables and two “All Genders” & “Females Only” changing rooms. We have toilets, of course, but no showers. In Friedrichshain, we have “Refreshment Rooms” where you can freshen up after your session!

I don't have any or hardly any yoga experience. Which classes can I attend?

We are delighted that you would like to practice with us. In principle, you can start right away, but please BE SURE to let the teachers know in advance that you are a beginner. The teacher can then offer variations and give you specific instructions. Power Vinyasa classes shouldn't be your first choice though.

How can I participate at online classes ?

It's very easy. In any case, you need an account with our booking platform “Bsports”:
1. Sign in to “Bsports.”
2. Go directly to the booking via our timetable.
3. You will be automatically guided through the booking process and will then receive a booking email.

Are you a USC or ClassPass member? Then simply book as usual via the app. In any case, you need ZOOM for the live stream. Please download the program before the class starts. 15 minutes before the class starts, you will receive an email with a link to the live stream.

Cancellations FAQ

Can I cancel a booking?

We have a cancellation period of 12 hours before class starts. If you have Hale.Now credits, you can easily arrange this via your customer account. Your credit is then automatically credited back to your account.

Unfortunately, refunds are no longer possible within 12 hours.

USC members also have a 12-hour cancellation period. Please be sure to cancel in the USC app if you can't make it to class. Otherwise, we must set you to absent and USC may set a no-show rate.

I've canceled a purchased class, what now?

If you cancel a class, you'll be credited with a Hale.Now credit. You can use this to book another class. The money will not be returned!

What happens if I miss a course without cancellation

If you miss a course without timely cancellation (12 hours in advance), the credit for that course will not be refunded.

Will I get a refund, if I cancel a workshop or a retreat?

The refund policy for workshops and retreats varies depending on the cancellation date. Cancellations up to a certain period before the event are usually refundable against a voucher value. Cancellation 24 hours after this period may exclude a refund. You can always find the cancellation conditions for retreats on the respective retreat page.

What happens when a workshop or retreat is canceled by Hale.Now?

In the event of a cancellation by Hale.Now, the full participation fee will be refunded or credited as credit for future bookings upon request. An alternative date would then be checked as soon as possible.

Can I book classes in all Hale.Now studios with my membership?

Of course, you can use your credits for all our classes in all studios.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you are welcome to send us an email to club@hale-now.com Write and let us know if you would like to take a break for the following month. Please note that this automatically extends your duration by another month and a passive month must be followed by an active one. It is not possible to take a break for two consecutive months.

How can I terminate my membership?

The cancellation can be made in text form or in writing. You have three options to submit your cancellation to us:

1. Through the Hale.Now app or via your profile on the Hale.Now website
2. Through customer service (website contact form, email to club@hale-now.comclub@hale-now.com)
3. In writing to Hale.Now Studios GmbH, Oderstr. 24, 10247 Berlin

Important: Please ensure that you receive confirmation of receipt and cancellation.

What if I can't attend the booked class?

As a member, please note that you comply with the 12-hour cancellation period. If you cancel your booking in the cancellation window above, you'll get your credits back. If your booking is less than 12 hours, your credits will expire.

I would like to participate in an exclusive Hale.Club Event - how do I sign up?

As a Hale.Club member, you can easily sign in with your membership via the course schedule - please note that spots are limited. So feel free to sign up quickly if you definitely want to be there. Our Hale.Club events are exclusively for direct Hale.Now customers.

What is a Credit?

We work with credits for our bookings. With one credit, you can book an online class, Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Sound classes with 2 credits, and Aerial and Pilates Reformer & Chair classes with 3 credits.

Can I use my credits in allen Hale.Now Studios einsetzen?

Yes, we want to offer you a high degree of flexibility and that's why you always have the choice of all Hale.Now studios.

Can tickets/credits also be purchased in the studio?

Yes, all our credit packages can also be purchased in the studios. The best way to pay is by card or cash.

With the credit package, you have the greatest possible flexibility. You can rebook yourself, so there are no subscription traps! For this reason, we no longer offer subscription memberships.

What does ”guest bookings“ mean?

A guest booking means that, in possession of Hale.Now Credits, you can also easily book a second slot for a guest of yours (for example your friend, brother, mother, neighbor, etc.)! IMPORTANT: It doesn't mean that you can bring guests for free. The credits will be charged to your credit account. Should your guest not be able to come after all, the normal cancellation deadlines apply.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel your bookings at any time via desktop or in the app. However, please note the cancellation deadlines.

How far in advance can I a book a class?

With Hale Credits, you can book your classes many weeks/months in advance! This is particularly beneficial for popular courses such as Reformer Pilates.

Voucher FAQ

Do you sell vouchers?

Sure! In the studio, you can pick up a beautifully printed copy, otherwise the button will take you to our booking page. There you will find the selection options under the “Vouchers” category. During the purchase process, you can choose a design and receive everything directly via email!

How long is the voucher tenable?

The voucher is valid for 1 year. The year starts with the date the voucher was sent.

How Can the voucher be redeemed?

The voucher can only be redeemed via the voucher link provided. Click on this link and you'll be automatically redirected.

How fast will I receive the voucher?

After purchasing a voucher, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation. If you have entered your or another email address as the recipient, you will receive the email immediately, unless you have scheduled it for a desired period of time.

Can I get the voucher as a print version too?

Yes, you can download and print out the vouchers directly as a PDF document.
