Through quiet yoga flows, we achieve deep relaxation and absolute recovery, and through an invigorating Pilates workout, we strengthen mental and physical strength! Exercise, such as conscious walks around the lake or the Better Posture Workout, also brings oxygen to your cells!
Healthy habits are our key to long-term success! But before we get started, we want to find out together what really motivates and drives us. What is your “inner why”? What is depositing into your account today in order to feel “healthy” next year or 10 years from now? And which habits do we need in our lives that support us sustainably and holistically? These and other questions will inspire us to gain new insights and find ways to do good for ourselves — in a holistic way!

On Friday evening it's called SLOW DOWN. We will leave everyday life behind us together and start the weekend in a relaxed way with a soothing “Deep Yin Yoga”. Afterwards, enjoy a sound bath to deep relaxation and recharge your batteries!
The motto is Saturday HEALTHY BODY. We invite you to start the day with a “Healthy Posture Pilates Workout” and enjoy a holistic workout for a strong posture! Strong body, strong mind! Meditation awaits you afterwards to bring mind and body into harmony and start the day awake and clear.
HEALTHY HABITS await you in the afternoon. We will deepen the power of habits through current scientific insights, journaling and coaching tools & get to the bottom of our “Inner Why”! A “Yogilates Session” awaits you afterwards.
The Sunday motto is: Sunday is FUNDAY & SELF-CARE. In the morning, we meditate together and conclude the practice with a good mood flow, so that you start the new week with lots of positive energy and power.
Use your free time to enjoy pure relaxation in the spa & wellness area and put together your own beauty & wellness program. Enjoy the soothing warmth of the Finnish or organic sauna, the brine steam bath or the aroma steam bath and bring body and mind back into balance. The spa facilities are fully available to you: lounge, relaxation room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, creative garden and sauna garden. Take advantage of this opportunity to be pampered all around, to sink into your book, to drink a glass of sparkling wine with your friend or simply to relax. Your wellbeing comes first.

The seminar costs are due directly upon registration.
Accommodation for 2 nights in a double room with half board: 233 euros per person for the entire weekend.
Accommodation for 2 nights in a single room with half board: 356 euros per person for the entire weekend.
The costs include breakfast, a 3-course dinner and use of the SPA area. Overnight stays and any additional options are paid directly on site at Hotel Gut Klostermühle.

The stylish Natur Resort & Medical Spa Gut Klostermühle in Brandenburg (Oder-Spree district) is a beautiful place in nature that provides peace and strength. It is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind.
Gut Klostermühle is nestled in an idyllic landscape and offers its guests a unique environment to enjoy nature to the fullest. With its location near the A12, it is easily accessible by car. From exit 6 - Briesen (Mark) - Gut Klostermühle is well signposted.
The Klostermühle estate is also easily accessible by train. Regional train RE1 runs hourly between Potsdam, Berlin and Briesen (Mark) station in the direction of Frankfurt (Oder). Briesen (Mark) train station is about 6 km away from Gut Klostermühle. On request, a transfer is available, during which our private shuttle exclusively chauffeures guests from the train station to the hotel and back.
Check-in is available from 15:00 and guests have the opportunity to use the spa facilities and relax even before check-in. Check-out is until 11:00. After check-out, guests can continue to use the BRUNE BALANCE med & SPA area until 21:00 for a fee of €8 per person to round off their stay even further.
