Our first community event — for you, with you! 💥
Are you in the mood for strength, exchange and a really good time? So do we! That's why we're bringing you together: In a female strength class, combined with personal coaching tool from Miriam, we start Friday evening.
We then end the evening relaxed in our lounge — with a drink in hand and a relaxed, relaxed exchange.
In 1.5 hours, we experience what unites us: Strength, Mindset & Connection! , Regardless of whether you come alone or with your beast — come as you are — we look forward to seeing you!
What exactly awaits you/you:
💪 Female Strength Workout
We start with our 45-minute signature class — an intensive yet accessible workout with weights, better posture in focus and targeted muscle development. Don't worry, this isn't about performance, it's about evolving at your own pace. Take what you need — everyone trains in a way that feels good!
✨ Female Strength Reflection
We then take 5-10 minutes to reflect — using our Female Strength card set as an impulse. You can write for yourself or talk to someone without any pressure. Oversharing? It's not necessary. Just let thoughts flow.
🧘 Club Meditation
Finally, we'll take a moment of peace together. A short meditation to reset the nervous system, integrate the evening and leave the session relaxed.
🥂 Stay & Connect With a drink in hand, you can relax in our lounge, meet new people or simply enjoy the atmosphere. No pressure, just ease & fun. We're all here for the first time — let's have a good time together!
