Buying a voucher from Hale.Now Studios is easy and simple.

Select the desired amount from 25€ on.
Log in or sign in.
Recipients: Who should receive the voucher? Include information and a personal message.
Enter the date of dispatch and email of the recipient.
Feel free to include your email.
Select a Payment method.
You will now receive a confirmation email. The Coupon link is included.
The gift certificate will be sent to the recipient on the requested date.

Have you received a Hale.Now voucher as a gift and would like to redeem it now? Here you can find out how to achieve your wellbeing!

Click on the coupon link. You now have the opportunity to sign into a customer account or create a new customer account.
Now choose your desired credit package or drop-in ticket. Put it in the cart and the value of the voucher is offset against the items in the shopping cart.
A positive difference remains on your voucher for your next purchase, a negative difference would have to be payed with your credit card.

Do you sell vouchers?

Sure! You can pick up a beautifully printed copy directly at the studio, or click the button to go to our booking page. There you will find all the options (starting at €25). The vouchers can be easily purchased online and automatically sent on the desired date.

How long is the voucher tenable?

The voucher is valid for 2 years, starting with the date the voucher was sent.

How Can the voucher be redeemed?

The voucher can only be redeemed via the voucher link provided. Click on this link and you'll be automatically redirected.

How fast will I receive the voucher?

After purchasing a voucher, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation. If you have entered your or another email address as the recipient, you will receive the email immediately, unless you have scheduled it for a desired period of time.

Can I get the voucher as a print version too?

Yes, you can download and print out the vouchers directly as a PDF document.
