Yes. We have already created your account and transferred all existing memberships, credits, and bookings. All you need to do is log in again by downloading the app and resetting your password.
First, check your spam folder. Nothing there? Use the link: Reset password again or write to us at contact@hale-now.com.
You can contact us directly via the app. Just send us a short message with your name and email address and we'll look into it right away. Please make sure that something is actually missing. We transfer everything automatically.
Yes. Classes can no longer be booked via the old Hale.Now app. Please download the new Hale.Now app to easily manage your credit packages and memberships, book and cancel courses, or contact us in the future.

Yes. All your active credits have been transferred and work as usual. You can continue to purchase and redeem all drop-ins, credit packages, and memberships that were previously available directly in the app. In addition, your credits from all packages are now automatically added together, making your class bookings even easier.
Yes. You can manage these in your account > App settings > Push notifications. 
We recommend that you leave them enabled for everything at first, so that you receive updates on new features, especially in the beginning, and can quickly find your way around the new Hale.Now environment. Notifications about waiting list places or cancellations will also be sent via push notifications in the future.
Yes. This will not be the case every time, but it allows us to ensure that we can legally and safely admit you to our courses. With the change, we are asking all participants to digitally sign our updated participation and liability regulations once. This confirms that you are healthy enough to participate and that you are familiar with our studio rules. For individual formats (e.g., red light therapy), a special, up-to-date waiver is required. You only need to sign once per version. We will, of course, inform you of any changes in a transparent manner.

In our Hale.Feed, you'll get exclusive updates on courses, specials, promotions, and events directly in the app. You can manage your credit packages and memberships yourself, including payment methods and terms. Giving gifts vouchers is now also easy to do via your app.
For questions and information, there is a direct in-app inbox, so there's no more need for email or Instagram ping-pong. Push notifications inform you about bookings, waiting list moves, and class changes. Booking and canceling is quick, clear, and reliable with just a few taps.
