A few weeks ago, we launched a new system to improve your customer journey and make everything easier. In reality, the opposite happened: confusion, technical issues, booking stress, and frustration — for you, our teachers, and our team.
So we pulled the plug and made a clear decision: we’re switching back to bsport, our previous system, to bring back stability. With the start of the new year, everything should feel calm, clean, and reliable again.
The technical migration will happen overnight from Monday, Dec 15, 2025 to Tuesday, Dec 16, 2025.
The data transfer (bookings, credits, memberships) will run throughout Tuesday until everything is fully and correctly synced in the system.
Until Sunday, Dec 14, 2025, everything runs as usual.
Monday, Dec 15, 2025: Please do not book or cancel any classes. This helps us ensure all existing bookings transfer cleanly to bsport — nothing duplicated, nothing lost.
From Tuesday, Dec 16 afternoon: You’ll be able to book again via the “new (old)” Hale.Now app (bsport), just like before.
Your classes will take place as scheduled the entire time, including Monday and Tuesday during the migration.
USC:
Until Sunday, Dec 14, 2025, everything runs as usual.
All classes from Monday, Dec 15, 2025 have already been / will be cancelled by USC. Unfortunately, there’s no way to transfer USC bookings. BIG SORRY!
From Tuesday, around 3 PM: You can book again via USC as usual.
If you want to attend classes on Monday/Tuesday, please check the schedules on our website. If spots are available, you’re welcome to come and check in on-site.
ClassPass customers: you can come as usual and will be manually checked in on-site.
All active credits (from credit packages and drop-ins) will be transferred completely 1:1 and can be found in your new app account latest by Wednesday, 17.12.2025.
Your membership will be fully transferred to bsport and will continue there as usual.
That means: Your membership stays active. Future payments will run through bsport again. Your membership credits will display as usual.
Your contract terms (e.g., minimum term, cancellation policy) remain exactly the same. They will simply be shown again in bsport.
From Tuesday onwards, you’ll use the bsport app as the Hale.Now booking app. The current app will no longer be needed and can be deleted once everything is switched.
The bsport app has a beige background and a grey Hale.Now logo, and is available in both app stores. Download links can be found at the top of this page.
If you previously had a bsport account with Hale.Now: use the same email address and password. If you forgot it, click “Reset password.”
If you joined recently and didn’t go through the old system before: you’ll receive an email from us with all details. Your login stays the same. You’ll just need to reset your password once.
